CAMEL protocal has introduced the third stage too, namely CAMEL Phase3. CAMEL3 begins to support GPRS conversation and PDP (Packet Data Protocol) context, increased the CAP interface of gprsSSF and gsmSCF, make the range of application of CAMEL business expand to the business of the data.The research focal point of this artical is developing PPC business based on CAMEL2 as the foundation, studying CAMEL3 application scheme and realization in future 3G. The thesis has introduced CAMEL1 and CAMEL2 protocal at first, then combining the network structure of WCDMA, introduced the application of CAMEL3 in its network, proved the feasibility that integral the mobile network and intelligence network. Finally, introduced PPC service based on CAMEL2 and WIN protocol that the author develops on.
