With the development of communication network's technology, Mobile Intelligent Network is also continually expanding, and network maintaining problems have become increasingly prominent. How to ensure the normal operation of the network and prevent potential network failures turn into the key to network maintaining.In the past, we have used Network Management System as the main tool for network maintenance, and with the maintainers'manual checking as an auxiliary case, so that the problems can be found timely through alarms which are sent by Network Management System. However, this approach does not have a forward-looking. That is to say, it can't find the-potential network problems in advance. Only when the fault occurs, the Network Management System produces a corresponding alarm. Additionally, Network Management System is generally only for the management and maintenance of equipment and can not be for the business systems. Such problems may occur, network equipments run well, but the businesses which are running on the device has had problems. Therefore, the maintainers'manual checking is needed as the auxiliary tool, checking the various functional entities and business entities of the network to gather relevant system's information and service log information, analyzing the information and speculating the potential network problems.However, the continuous expansion of Mobile Intelligent Network means that exist four problems when the potential problems are found by manual checking:low efficiency, low quality, low Security and high cost. These issues become particularly prominent when the network scale expands. Therefore, in order to effectively address these issues, this paper presents the concept of automatic checking system, in order to obtain system, service and database information of various functional entities and business entities by some software and help maintainers to conduct a preliminary analysis of these data and significantly reducing the time which the maintainers spend on getting information and improve efficiency and quality of data analysis. Through the application of current popular SSL (Secure Sockets Layer, SSL) technology, it makes security accessing to the Mobile Intelligent Network, significantly reducing security risks of manual access to the network and enhancing the overall security of Mobile Intelligent Network possible.This article describes an automatic checking system's overall functional design, mainly divided into five parts:account management, network element information management, checking template management, checking task information, and checking result presented, the overall functional design gives the horizontal framework of automatic checking system, and clears the implementation of the functions of the automatic checking system. The paper describes the system design of automatic checking system next, including overall structural designing, WWW subsystem applied key technology:Struts components and SSL technology, operational process designing and class designing, system management subsystem's overall designing, the control center subsystem's overall designing, as well as the designing of each module, data acquisition subsystem's overall designing and class designing. Besides, it also introduced the interfaces design of automatic checking system, including two Message MiddleWares:COPART-MACO (Component Package of Real-Time Application Process Management and Communication, COPART-MACO) and MRB, including the overview of features, architecture and the logical implementation. Finally, the paper describes automatic checking system's test, including system functional testing, performance testing and security testing.
