Design And Implementation, Jmf-based Remote Video Diagnosis System

With the rapid developing of computer and Internet communication, driven by the economic globalization, network technology has been infiltrating into various spheres of economy and society. Video conference system is a virtual conference based on Internet technology. On this platform, regionally decentralized computers can transmit respective information via network, exchange real-time information, share resources, and realize CSCW (computer supported cooperative work). This can greatly save staff's time and energy, eliminate regional restriction and promote the team work quality and efficiency, thus improve the integrative benefits of enterprises and the society.This paper makes a comprehensive research and analysis of the status and the trends of video conference system, then systematically studies software development technology and management. It achieves the design and development of remote diagnoses system which is used in geologic exploration by synthetic analyses of JMF(Java Media Framework) technology, RTP/RTCP protocols, audio & video compression system and network transmission security, finally combining remote diagnosis system, and applying corresponding software development technology and management in system developing.This paper mainly includes such things as follows.1. Systematically study software development cycle and process model, introduce how to choose relevant model according to practical application development. By effective analysis of requirement, make full use of it in the whole development. Manage software project by combing software configuration management and software personnel management.2. Study intensively such relevant theories as JMF, Internet transmission protocol RTP/RTCP and audio & video compression, and apply the standard compression arithmetic MPEG4, and present how to implement the security of Internet transmission by using the encryption method.3. Expound how to use design tools like PowerDesigner to make the system requirements analysis. Based on the above, analyze system, design the concept, and devise the system structure, user interface UI design, database and the classification of function modules. Furthermore, present how to make relevant development cycle and project version management with the help of software development tools.4. Intensively design and develop each function module, then by info analyzer, decide the type of transmitted information. With the help of JMF and network transmission protocol RTP/RTCP, attain audio & video multimedia sending and receiving; using Socket technology and server resource management, share the diagnostic pictures; by the way of multicasting, use Socket technology to communicate system text and transmit files; applying symmetric cryptography, strengthen system security management; finally deploy the system network and hardware.Based on the stated above, the paper devises and develops remote diagnoses system which is used in geologic exploration with the help of JMF and software management, and the prospective effect has been attained.
