| With the development of Information Technology and popular use of networking technologies, B/S structured Web-based office systems are becoming an effective way to improve working efficiency and realize paperless work. The system is guided by Object-oriented modulized development system, and describes the process to analyze, design and realize and key problems. It improves the reusability, expandability, packagability and restructurability of the software modules, and reduces the complexity of deploying a big system, reduces system maintenance and upgrade cost, protecting consumer investment, saving the system from being discarded due to technological advances.This thesis discusses mainly about how to analyze, design and realize a UML-based Web Office Automation system. This system is built on three-layer (browser/server/database) structure, developed using ASP. Its unique properties include modular design, personified interface, Instant Messaging and File Transfer enabling and database support.The System uses UML to build a half-nominal/nominal model during the stage of analysis and design. The process consists of the stages of initialization, refinement, structuring and transfer. At the beginning, we determined the characters and examples, rendered example diagrams; during refinement, use the example diagrams and the users to check the system characteristics, use the ordered graph, collaboration graph to refine system flow, extract the objects and classes, to describe the state change of the system; during the structuring stage, generate the component diagram, show the correlation between system components, and generate system framework codes; during the transfer stage, finish the model changes. Then we use ASP to design classes and form components to accelerate the system design and realization by combining the components.The UML-based Web Office Automation system is aimed to be the Office Automation system using standard Internet technologies, which can be used for schools and businesses and has strong universality. It can build a modern networkingoffice environment with comprehensive information processing abilities for schools and businesses, so that the decision making of leaders, work flow processing, personal affairs processing can be streamlined with more modern and IT-supported tools and methods, and the aims of office work modernization, information utilization, network-based communication and scientific decision making can be realized effectively. |
