The Design And Realization Of Water Enterprise MIS Based On 3-Tier C/S

In this paper we firstly introduce a Water Fee Management Information System based on three-tier client and server infrastructure. Then we describe the whole analysis and implement process for building the system. Moreover, the detail implementation technologies we use are also mentioned.Based on the throughout investigation in transaction processing in the common water supply company and specific service requirements from the Wu Zhong Water Supply Company, we propose a work mode suitable for that company and a function design for water fee registration and management system. Not only have we showed three-tier C/S framework in general, but also demonstrated the relations and structures of the function components. Especially, we pay much efforts in explain how to apply the advanced computer technologies into the whole system. Our conclusions are drawn at the end part of the paper.In the technical aspects, we adopt some of the most mature and stable technologies, which can help to provide the compatibility and scalability of the system for the new requirement in the future. Also we do a lot of work in survey of the existing technologies to find an efficient and effective way to build the similar systems.
