| In order to adapt to the requirement for management of GMP(Good Manufacture Practice For Drugs),and the requirement for authentication of GLP(Good Laboratory Practice), It is necessary to use the method of information and intelligence to strength the management of Laboratory Animal Center, IMBCAMS. Tradition storage method has become to show its shortage and abuse. It can't satisfy the needs of better service for people, no say nothing of GMP and GLP development for laboratory primate animal.We take advantage of computer technology, database, and UML (Unified Modeling Language) according to the standard of GMP, GLP, SOP(standard operating procedures) and "MetaSynthesis idea" to successfully developed " Laboratory Animal Center management information system" application software, which facing the manager, engineer, veterinarian, researcher and the breeding man. The system is composed of five subsystems: Laboratory management subsystem; Personnel management subsystem; Laboratory primate animal management subsystem; Disease surveillance subsystem; User management subsystem.The system was established by using C/S(client/server) system structure mode, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database and Visual Basic.NET 2003 as program tool. Requirement analysis and system design were by using UML(Unified Modeling Language) which is a powerful notation for building software blueprints and analyzing domain knowledge. Practice has proved the system has successfully.Function of the system is strong in collection, processing, storage, transmission, search and sound in operation, safe and stable, easy to maintain. At the same time, it is proved via practice that the system contributes to work efficiency and improved work quality for the manager, engineer, veterinarian, researcher and the breeding man, and maybe widely used in laboratory animal management and practice research. |
