Laser is being applied more and more widely in life science, and we have gained some applied production in medicine and breeding. But till present, people have little knowledge about the micro-mechanism of laser-bio effect. Thus it is very important and necessary to study these effects in order to improve and develop the applications of laser in life science.Bio-organization is a complicated system, which is made up of many links and bonds of bio-molecule. Both theories and experiments have illustrated that it has vibration of bio-molecule links and bonds as well as collective vibratory mode (especially living bio-tissue). Therefore, the process of laser-bio effect is various and complex. In order to discern the mechanism of interaction more deeply and roundly, we have to do research systemically from the local interaction mechanism of laser and bio-molecule's links and bonds, to holistic interaction of laser and bio-molecule system. On the basis of the research of bio-molecules structure and its locomotor features, the essay deals with bio-molecules in the mode of resonance and displar anharmonic oscillators, discussing some equations from the interaction of laser and displar anharmonic oscillators, which is from the interaction of laser and bio-molecule's links and bonds by using quantum mechanics. In this way, we can get the result that when the laser reaches near-resonance frequency, anharmonic oscillators will be drastically stimulated, the relative movements and total system momentum of the molecules will also rapidly increase, cause easy breaking of the bonds and links. Based on this, we further analyzed the collectively correlative vibratory mode, the entire interaction effect mechanism of laser-bio system, and used it to explain laser-bio mutagenesis effectsBased on above mentioned research, we analyze some practical examples of laser medical treatment. On the basis of comparing and analyzing the experimental data, to validate in theory the way to accelerate the metabolism.of red blood cell velum of brain thrombus patients, using actinotheraphy of weak laser.At the end of the essay, the author simply explains the development of bio-single molecule dynamics, and points out that these results and discoveries will pioneer a new direction of the mechanism research of laser and bio-single molecule interaction.
