In recent years, the research and development of micro-inertial sensors based on MEMS technology has received wide attention. Micro silicon gyro is characterized by such advantages as small size, light weight, high reliability, and convienience of integration, etc., so it has great application value and prosepects in the automobile industry, aerospace and robotics. However, at present stage, the accuracy of MEMS gyroscope is not very high. Besides improving the design and production process, enhancing the signal acquisition and processing technology of the MEMS gyroscope is also an effective way to raise the accuracy. Nevertheless, traditional data acquisition systems use single task order software, and are low in synchronicity, so they cannot meet the requirements of real-time signal processing. In order to reduce the noise of MEMS gyroscope, to improve its nonlinear performance, and increase its accuracy, this paper presents a new design, which applies TMS320F2812 digital signal processor and RTOS DSP/BIOS for real-time signal acquisition and processing system. Under the DSP/BIOS multi-task mechanism, signal acquisition, signal noise reduction, temperature compensation, nonlinear the compensation can be realized. The system has the advantage of shorter processing time. It is simple and effective, can significantly lower the noise of gyroscope.We can use it to meet the requirements of the gyroscope.
