The construction of virtual organ is one of the frontier research areas. As one of the most important and tiny organs of human, eye should be modeled and simulated factitiously. Cornea----as one of the most important part of eye----whose characteristics are of great significance to diagnosis and cure of eyes'diseases. In order to constitute the visualization model of the virtual human eyes, cornea should be correctly constituted and modeled. So modeling and analyzing cornea were key steps to the application of the visualization model of the virtual human eyes. According to the typical date of Chinese human eyes, this thesis firstly reconstructed a 3D construction of cornea in ANSYS platform. Based on this 3D construction, this thesis secondly simulated the effect of the increasement of inner pressure happen on the 3D construction of cornea. Thirdly, distilled from the 3D construction, the 2D modeling of cornea was used to be analyzed. The thesis modeled the cornea's cooling process in cooling equipment.Followings are innovations of this thesis:1 According to the typical data of Chinese cornea, modeling the 3D construction cornea in APDL on ANSYS platform.2 Using the Finite Element Method and basing on the 3D construction cornea, this thesis simulated the eye-inner-pressure increasing model. And calculate the situation of inner stress of cornea.3 According to the 3D construction ,the thesis distilled the 2D modeling of cornea, and basic on the 2D model, the thesis simulate the cornea's cooling process in cooling equipment. And finally calculated the best position of the cornea during the cooling process in cooling equipment.
