With the rapid development of domestic telecom market, and the strong competitive of communication service line, to build up a reasonable Broad Band, to optimize the network structure, and improve the service to form an efficient & flexible business mode is very important for enterprise.In this condition, The China Unicom Sichuan Branch sets up a integrative information platform project based on their current network status. I' m tried to expatiate the basic concept on how to set up the enterprise LAN and commercial Call Center according to my actual experience of joining in the project. Meanwhile, I also introduced the Internet technique, CTI technique, IVR technique, multimedia technique and IP technique briefly.The paper has five parts generally. The first part introduces The China Unicom Sichuan Branch network status and the necessary to set up the integrative information platform. The paper Also describe the aim of research and main task. The second part introduces the theory of Computer Telephony Integration(CTI), and the necessary IVR technique and its application to build up the commercial Call Center. And the paper emphasize to describe the function and character of Auto Telephone Service(ATS) and Unified Service Environment(USE). In addition, I also introduce the above technique's functions and design's skill in integrative information platform. The third part introduces the design route and actualized project of integrative information platform, and especially describe the system function and business flow of value-added service platform. The fourth part introduces the process carry out of phonic navigation system, manual system, and voice value-added service. And this project included each character and capability index. The fifth part summarizes and concludes the actual status of this project and introduces the next work briefly.The point of this paper is description the basic concept of build up the enterprise LAN and commercial Call Center according to my actual experience. The paper also analyze the current network status, offer the design, and resolve way accordingly. Meanwhile, the paper is established in practical operation. Therefore, it has some maneuverability and use for reference.
