Interference In The Spectral Image Compression Algorithm

After some basic knowledge about the imaging spectrometer is introduced,the dissertation is focued on the research of the data compression algorithms for the interference spectral image.Imaging spectrometer is a new kind of remote sensing instrument which can get the the information of spatial dimension and the spectral dimension at the same time. By this way we can get the data cube which can be used in many fields. As a kind of imaging spectrometer,the interference spectrometer can be sorted in three types which are temporarily modulated, spatially modulated and uniform modulated.LASIS(Large Aperture Stationary Imaging Spectrometer) is a kind of uniform modulated spectrometer which appeared in the 90's of the past century.Interference spectral image and the image contains some interference information just like which are collected by the LASIS are only middle results of the spectrometer.The amount of the data is very huge.If we don't compress them.Big pressure will added to transmission and storage.The dissertation introduced the principals and the main parameters of the imaging spectrometer at first.And then introduced the appearence and the development of the imaging spectrometer. Some representative spectrometers are mentioned in the dissertation.Especialy the interference spectrometer is introduced in detail.And the principal of the LASIS is discussed as an important part of the dissertation.As the base theory of the dissertation some basic knowledge of image compression is introduced especially the main code methods and the standard for image compression are described in this dissertation.Compared with the common image the interference spectral image has it's own characters.The algorithm for compressing the interference spectral image is different with the algorithm for compressing the common image.After analyzing the way how the interferometric spectral image is collected and the correlation between the...
