| Process tomography is a new generation of process parameters measuring technology, it has the good prospect of process tomography applied to process monitering and control. Electrical capacitance tomography was Selected through comparing all kinds of process tomographys. Among many Capacitance measurement circuits,the circuit based on charging / discharging principle was used in the paper. And then, a electrical Capacitance tomography data acquisition system was developed. The data acquisition system was feasible by mach experiment. Through ECT image reconstruction method based on BPNN, this paper designs training, testing and image reconstruction, and designs non-real time imaing software of ECT system. Experimental results illustrate that, this method is effective for image reconstruction. |
