Along with improvement of capability of the precision measurement radar, the servo system with more high capability is needed. A large antenna or a phased array antenna reduces rigidity and structural resonance frequency of the antenna system. It restricts the bandwidth of the servo system. While tracking a mobile target with high speed, the dynamic lag of servo system is increased, and it is even possible to make radar lose the target.At the same time, because of the huge inertia of the antenna the servo system is demanded to control smooth running of the antenna so as to avoid the damaging impact to gearing system. In the paper, two kinds of controls of intelligent integral are discussed, and also are simulated using Simulink in MATLAB. Some experiments are done in a radar servo system .Aiming at different tracks of mobile target, the corresponding controller is adopted to improve tracking capability of the servo system.
