In order to providequality service to all customers demand, we design the video conferencingmanagement platform.This system is to promote social informationization, convenient video conferencemanagement, provides a practical and efficient tool, the main function of meetingroom reservation, allocation of testing personnel and management, checking ofrelated information, report statistics and other functions. The conference managementis indeed a very complicated work, therefore, the market has a lot of conferencemanagement systems with mature technology, and it has brought great gain in theactual operation and use. However, the installation cost of a system is very expensive,some small hotel conference room provider is very difficult to spend huge money toinstall those huge system, and they are not fully utilized, therefore, it is obviousadvantage that the development of small video conference management system.The aim of this study is that building the system architecture with.NET,background environment with Oracle database and program application of C#code.User can reserve video conference, check schedule of video conference and testingwork, remind user meeting time through message, manage conference roominformation and rights, make statistics and summary by the report, the main users ofthis system is administrator, relating user and testing user of video conference. Theadministrator operates every function with system and personnel. Personnelmanagement including the administrator management, meeting room testmanagement and user management etc. Update meeting room management includingmeeting room status, meeting room reservation, allocation and management related testing personnel. The use of personnel should be divided into two categories, that isadministrator and user. The administrator is responsible for the allocation andarrangement of video conference, related to the management of user rights, the systemcan set some operations.
