Course managing is one of the most important parts in the process of cultivation. As the school scale becomes larger and larger, the num of students, as well as the number of courses, inreases gradually, which results in the complexity of course managing. On the other hand, QLSC, as the neonatal cultivate unit with particular cultivate mode, requires a appropriate course managing system to united manage the courses and cultivation. In such situation, the course managing system mentioned in this paper is developed to satify the requests of both school and the college.With the idea of Object-Oriented, we take UML as a design and analysis tool to obtain requirement, analyse requirement and design system of relational operations about course management in process of cultivation. According to the characteristic of system and user, modules of system adopt B/S and C/S system architectures. With Windows system as the running platform and Tomcat as system Web container, cultivation schema, course applying, course maintenance, management of course arrangement, management of course selection, management of course content and grade management are implemented adopting Struts architecture based on MVC and Java language by XML and Jsp, Servlet, javaMail, Jndi technology of Java. The distribution of system resource is implemented by authority management based on RBAC in order to strengthen the safety of system. System takes Web report combined Jasperreport with Ireport to implement the Web report printing.
