Credit service is one of the most important operations in commercial banks. It is also one of the financial services that are most complicated and difficult to manage and make decisions on. In the recent years, the financial reformation has been continuously going to its deep. The competition among the domestic and foreign banking sectors is becoming more and more intense, especially after China joins WTO . It is therefore urgent for the large banking corporations to establish a credit management information system that is comprehensive and of high quality. This will ensure a fast exploitation of various credit products, a reduced credit risk, a computerized credit process and an effective way of expanding the customer information. Therefore, studies on building a feasible and robust bank credit risk management system are of great practical value and are also the interests of many researchers in this field. The work presented here is based on the example of the CRMS in Dong Guan. We first had an in-depth analysis of the credit service process there and then applied the idea of software engineering to design all the related modules followed by the implementation and testing phase. The content of this article is organized as follows:1. Describe the web application development technology based on the multi-tier structure of J2EE platform.2. Elaborate on the whole process of how to apply the idea of software engineering during the system development from requirement analysis to system design to system implementation to testing.3. Use UML methodology to conduct requirement analysis and construct the operational model, use case and sequence model, which help us to grasp a full picture of the system.
