Road Traffic Offense Business Processing System

Nowadays, with the progress of "Golden Shield Project" of the Chinese Ministry of Public Security, more and more energy is focusing on the support of information systems. This is also the case for Shandong traffic management Bureau. With the help of their traffic irregularity system, they easily improved service quality. However, more functionality is needed in order to be compatible with the new traffic law. And the architecture is also needed to be adapted to support data exchange with other information systems.In this research, we carried out a comprehensive design and development of the traffic irregularity management information system. In implementing this system, we focused the research on several points such as traffic irregularity management process, the technology of electronically proofing and non-locale law execution. We also redesigned the database of the traffic system and dealt with the interface with the bank systems.This paper provided a unique platform for traffic management system. It improved the process of law executing for traffic irregularity.
