Model Driven Architecture (mda) To Achieve

Model Driven Architecture is a new framework for software development, which changed the traditional software development. Within MDA the software development process is driven by the activity of modeling software system and modeling language is used as programming language. Within MDA the analysis and design is more important and the code can be generated automatically. MDA introduces a role: the coders of transformation definition. They define and implement the transformation rules from model to the code that is dependent on the given platform.Key to MDA is the importance of models in the software development process. Based on the four-layer meta-data architecture, meta-model is the description and definition of model. This paper implements the UML meta-model with JAVA, so that computer can access the information of model and we can define the transformation rules. This paper introduces the . NET as target platform. We analyze how to use model to describe the detail of the platform. Then, we set up the UML profile for ASP.NET. We define the transformation rules from model to ASP. NET code and we implement them with MDE. We give an example to display the effect of transformation rules.
