| This thesis is dead against EMV migration problem which the financial corporation must face, and accomplish the study and design about IC which is on the basic of new EMV standard from the aspect of hardware and software. So, this thesis is on the basis of deep study of EMV standard, by developing the EMV application program ,which realize the startup of hardware by transferring EMV kernel, and accomplish the function which is required by the financial disbursing system, so, it realize the EMV exchange; By adopting the respective operation, encrypt and memory- ability intelligent IC which consist of CPU. When ATM machine and electronic gathering system reader read information from the chip card, it realize the mutual validation with receiving system; In addition, encrypting realized by software, attestation and digital visa function, EMV exchange security is greatly improved integrative. This achievement has some positive significance in relation to IC designing on the basis of EMV standard and more deep research.This task study detailed for the new technology of EMV standard. The research work includes: Firstly ,from the hardware aspect, by using CPU intelligent IC, owing to respective operation and encrypting and memery-funtion in its chip, and design the details about EMV standard IC and some used data units. When ATM machine and electronic gathering system reader read information from the chip card, controlling security process can make mutual validation with gathering system, so security about the financial disbursing is greatly improved; Secondly, from the software aspect, develop the EMV application program and the EMV kernel which never depend on the hardware system. By using EMV application program, the system can be started. By transferring EMV kernel, function required by financial disbursing system can be completed. IC command is derived from EMV kernel and return to the application program, application program will send this command to reader. Data which is returned from the chip card will be farther inspected by the application program in the transferring process to the kernel, and guarantee its accuracy;Thirdly, by adopting the common encrypting arithmetic, some additional function in EMV application security aspect, including: IC Offline Dynamic Data Authentication, communication between IC and IC issuer, data encrypting function, financial security will be improved greatly. |
