Since Booch brought forward Object Oriented Technique in 1986, more than 50 kinds of methodology have appeared. Object Oriented Technique has replaced traditional Analysis and Design technique as the main technique in software engineering. Famous software engineering academician Grady Booch , Jim Rumbaugh and Ivar Jacobson issued Unified Modeling Language after detailedly comparing different modeling languages and summarizing Object Oriented Technique application experience. The Unified Modeling Language provides system architects working on object analysis and design with one consistent language for specifying, visualizing, constructing and documenting software systems. UML is the convergence of best practices in the best technology industry. And it is a rich, precise, extensible modeling language for object oriented system development. In this paper, the author introduces a process of 00 analysis and design of MIS of the Industrial Injury by using unified Modeling Languages as system modeling tools. The process is an iterative process. During the process, a set of iterative develop cycles with each contains several phrases as analysis, design, and construct is mainly discussed. Models are established for the three phases of MIS of the Industrial Injury, i.e. requirement analysis, system design and implementation phases. Guide principle modeling and smoothly switching among different phases.During the developing course of MIS of the Industrial Injury, Use-case diagrams, which are available in the whole life cycle of information system, are used to refine users' requirements. Use-case diagram plays a role in joining each phase together as well as class diagram. In the requirement analysis phase, sequence diagrams, collaboration diagrams, state diagrams and activity diagrams can be used to describe the operational flow of the present system. Class diagrams in conceptual perspective are used to show the static structure of the model, in...
