The research of PC game is very useful. The game industry sees a wonderful future. When the IT industry is suffering a"frosty winter", the game industry is full of vigor and vitality. The huge economic benefits of the game industry are pouring more and more outstanding talents to the field of it.The 2D PC game in the thesis is totally finished by the author. Combining practical experience, this article rationally uses the relative technology to realize the creation of 2D PC game under the analyzing of the current market demand and the trend of development of PC game. It includes the designing of game's story and the cycle of a game, the drawing of the game's frame, the reading of input information and music data and the designing of AI. The structure of the thesis is like this:Firstly, this thesis introduces the structure of PC game, the designing of game's story, the game's platform of design and the beginning of a game; then it concerns about how to make the game's frame, how to receive user's input information and how to add music data to a game. Until this moment, the basic structure of a PC game has been built.Secondly, this thesis expounds the key technology of designing PC game----AI. Then it demonstrates how to use AI to control the characters in the game with specific codes. After the combining of AI, frame, input information and music, a whole PC game is complete.At the end of the paper, some views on the 2D PC game with higher level and some introduction of 3D PC game and Internet PC game are given.
