With the development of information technology,the problem of network security is becoming more and more serious.The early game model only quantified the profit information of the participants on both sides of the attack and defense.It was based on complete information and completely rational participants,that is,both participants knew all the information of the system and were able to do so with complete information.To make a completely rational strategy decision,this method can simulate offensive and defensive information reasonably,but has little guiding significance in the actual offensive and defensive process.Therefore,this article will address the above t wo issues and propose a Bayesian game model and an evolutionary game model.,And simulate the game state of the offensive and defensive parties through the model analysis process,and design a more reasonable strategy quantification process and optimal defense strategy.First of all,to address the problem of incomplete information quantification in the offensive and defensive game process,this paper will use Bayesian game theory to construct a Bayesian game model;simulate the attacker's state to perform preliminary information scans on the target system nodes and conduct vulnerability assessments,according to the proposal in this paper The vulnerability quantification method is used to obtain the vulnerability score of each node,and the vulnerable nodes are reasonably accessible to analyze and quantify,simulate the possible attack path diagram of the attacker,and finally simulate the attack path using the optimized Monte Carlo simulation method The optimal attack strategy is optimized,and the benefit s of both the offensive and defensive parties' strategies are obtained through the nature of income dependence,and the original defense plan of the system is improved,and the mobile target transformation is used to maximize the success rate of the attack er per unit time.Then,aiming at the problem of incomplete information and imperfect rationality in the process of offensive and defensive games,an evolutionary game model is constructed to simulate the game process of both offensive and defensive parties.The research focus of this method is how to reasonably quantify the learning mechanism of participants.Therefore,the concept of game factors is proposed in the evolutionary game model.The process gradually pursues strategies with high game factors,and finally reaches a state of evolutionary equilibrium.This article will analyze the evolutionary equilibrium points in different game states separately,and give the defense strategies under each evolutionary equilibrium point.Finally,this paper designs an experimental process suitable for the model,carries out a series of experimental analysis and comparison,and proves the effectiveness of the defense method proposed in this paper through experimental data.
