Along with the wide application of wireless communication technology, in order to satisfy the needs of modern industry and people`s life, the wireless video transfer technology appeared. The R&D of these technologis include video processing and wireless transciever had become have more and more significance in the real world. This article had described and analyzed the wireless video transfer system which the author has taken part in and some important technology in it.Firstly, this paper makes some analysis on wireless video tranfer system theoretically. It mostly includes the analysis of video collection and codeing module, which compared the virtu of existing MPEG codeing mode. And choose the most suitable mode. The transmitter adopt QAM modulation mode, which is a directly modulation upper frequency conversion mode, which could afford more high bit rate transmission in the same bandwidth compared to other modulation mode. In communication systems like this, on account of nonlinearity which may arouse intermodulation of power amplifier may bringing the increaseing of BER because interferes from adjacent channel. Hence, we did the analysis of relationship between IM3 and BER in the system. Thereafter, according to this we have designed a high linearity power amplifier.This paper had did the most important work was the design of transciever and the construction of working environment, and also the video module and power amplifier module. At last, we did the measurement and debugging of total system, achieved anticipate target, satisfied the requirement of communication.
