In complex software systems, reliability is the most important aspect of software quality. Software reliability engineering is becoming a standard, widespread practice applicable to the different phases of the software development process.Then Call Center is a kind of integration service system that can complete information processing and customer service quickly and correctly. It provides a customer-oriented integration platform and connects with a uniform telephone number for customer service.It has been widely used in the E-government development.The software test, aim was elaborateed by the original , Fundamental means and software test automation . Then this paper introduces the art of the state and the development in the research field of software reliability. The basic concepts related to software reliability and software reliability models are discussed. Then the mathematical knowledge used in the research field of software reliability is enumerated.On the basis of consulting the list of references of a large number of technologies,this thesis has carried on research to CTI technology at first and has analyzed the domestic and international CTI technology and development of the Call Center .Finally, according to the 12366 Call Cernter, I establish a software reliability model and introduce a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for software reliability. |
