Currently, the mobile communication industry is developing with a considerable speed. According to the statistic data, the GSM network has already covered the majority part of cities and areas in China. The number of its users has exceeded 26 million, which is still increasing rapidly. With the fleet development of mobile communication industry, the security and secrecy of information has been becoming more and more vital. Nowadays, the security of communication is of great importance to confirm the safety of business information. On the situation that the mobile phone has been diffusely applied, the hidden safety troubles of mobile phone should not be ignored (such as wire tapping, imitated handset station, blue teeth connection, in exchange with electromagnetic wave,the back door of handset,lost&stolen&lost control of mobile phone, safety of non-tone increment operation of mobile phone and cell phone virus ). On one hand, people are asking for wider range of information share, on the other hand, they have to try their best to avoid the leakage of information. Therefore, the security problem of cell phone are now requiring for immediate solutions. A possible way is suppositional GSM cellular mobile communication VPN composed of Safety Manage Central and GSM expert mobile telephone, which could effectively prevent information leakage. GSM expert mobile telephone includes integrative expert mobile telephone,physical connecting combined expert mobile telephone and blue teeth connecting comnined expert mobile telephone, which constitutes the special terminal of VPN. This research aims on the problem of how short message Communication Gateway could realize safe communication.This research chooses GSM Safety Manage Central Communication Gateway Server (a round-the-clock processing system that carries through information parse and information transfer with central server and special terminals) as the developing environment to insure the safety of communication. This essay firstly systematically introduces the theories and key technologies of VPN with the detailed presentation of the functions of Safety Manage Central ---- the automatic production and distribution of passwords, remote-controlled destroy of passive and active passwords, loading special data in air and special tracing of cell phones that are out of control. Besides, the researchers has analyzed the contents and findings of similar researches both domestics and overseas with the emphases on the in-depth research of Safety Communication Gateway in order to confirm a system model and carry out the macro-design. After that is the detailed introduction of the design realization of special information transportation. Moreover, this essay has tested the capability of short message Communication Gateway and expert mobile telephone of Safety Manage Central. The results demonstrate that this system perfectly tallies with all the technical guidelines of our research and could realize the different function requirements of Safety Communication Gateway. Lastly, it makes conclusion and gives detailed suggestions for the following development of this system.
