With the development of calculator industry, the speed of CPU is more and more quick, so the heat that the CPU emits is also becoming more and more. Generally speaking, the internal temperature of CPU can't over 80 degrees of Celsius, namely, the surface temperature can't over 60 degrees of Celsius. In order to make the CPU working in the scope of normal temperature, we must make use of compulsive convection or other valid cooling methods.In order to find the method of making the fan-cooled radiator best, this text compares three kinds of fan-cooled radiators under the same outside condition. Firstly, this text analyzed and compared the flow field and the temperature field of each fan-cooled radiator one by one, to find the characteristic of each fan-cooled radiator' s flow field and temperature field, and to find the relation among the flow field, the temperature field and the fan-cooled radiator shape. Then we compared the three fan-cooled radiators' flow fields and temperature fields in order to find out the regulation between the flow field and the temperature field. Lastly we analyzed the temperature' s tiptop and the temperature field of CPU, to compare the material, shape, area, flow field and temperature field' s effect in CPU' s emitting the hot. This text aims to lay a foundation for designing the fan-cooled radiator better.
