Individual study is a learning pattern with the students remaining dominant, and it refers to the learning mode of corresponding learning stragety and study contents given according to students' individual ability, learning habit and hobby, including their different mastery of knowledge in the course of study. Therefore, the current eduation circle pays great attention ot the subject of constructing individual Internet learning environment and making full use of the advantages of the Internet to develop individual study.The author of this paper probed into a great number number of theoretical books, investigated and researched an army of web lessons, studying websites and teaching systems, On the basis of benefiting from the former research results, the author took the lessons in Computer Assistant Teaching as example, designed and developed the individual studying environment based on the Internet. And what's more, the author also probed into the theoretical support, design principle, development process and technique application of the system.This Internet studying environment covered the basic contents of how to use Authorware, and also introduced its advanced applications. Therefore, it has comparatively broad adaptability and contents, and it can satisfy the needs of students with various degrees. The students can study the teaching contents by themselves through this Internet studying environment.
