Based On The Mvc Small Towns Of E-government System

With the development of urbanization and informationization, a reusable e-government system is needed which serves community of small town and can be used extensively and reused. After analyzing the need of community actor, a e-government system of small town is researched and accomplished, based on the economy, education and informationization situation of small town. E-government System of Small Town is a new conception for us. The connotation and extension of e-government system of small town is deeply studied at first. The component-based, cross platform, reusable e-govemment system of small town is designed and realized finally, which follows J2EE and Web Service criterion.The active e-government system based on MVC increate the reuse of system component,which support the multi-type user interface,reduce the difficult of develpment and increate the maintainability.JavaBean which encapsulation among government affair logic ,mutual controller and page builder in order to exchange. The e-government model base on design pattern meets the most requirement of e-govemment, at the same time; improve the work efficiency and the diaphaneity.The component-based, reusable, cross platform e-government system of small town can be used extensively which following J2EE and Web Service criterion. It solves the problem of information resource-sharing, mutil-agent cooperation work model base knowledge engineering,realize the basical government affair such as apperceive,reasoning,learning,adapting and collabaration ability,lets different information systems work in coordination, offers perfect services to all users of the community, improves life quality, government efficiency, strengthen the epidemic prevention and emergency system. In one word, it achieves information construction purposes.
