At first the paper introduce the basal concept and theory, the factor of disturb and the transmit route, the standard and the measure of EMC. To the PCB, here detailedly introduce all kinds of disturb, sensitive element and the coupling modes of transmit. Here mainly analyse the master coupling route(the trace of the PCB) and the shield of crust in theory, set up the models of them include the study on the effect of an external electromagnetic interference on a PCB trace, the study on the effect of an hole leak electromagnetic interference on a PCB trace and the study on the crosstalk analysis between two transmission-lines of PCB. And here analyse the shield efficiency of some kinds of shields include monolayer shield, multiplayer shield and hole array shield.The design of EMC has three methods. They are matter solving, criterion and system. This paper concretely analyse the EMC design of system. The emphases of system is the preceding analysis for product and constantly EMC evaluation in the process. Except the theory analysis and the modeling, it is necessary to use the special analyse software of EMC in the design. This paper introduce the correlative forecasting software of PCB. This software deal with the main coupling in the PCB as the coupling of trace and the radiation of the external electromagnetic. We can receive the result of interfere after importing the parameter. We can also detrude the parameter of trace and PCB when we regulate the settled coupling request. We can use the software to instruct the design. This paper also analysis the EMC of the element in PCB. For the surface acoustic wave filter offered from certain academe, material analyse and account have adopted in the finding route of coupling and the measure of anti-jamming. In the material circuit design of MP3, here has analysed the EMC with the way of system, And the test result achieves the relevant standards and criterions.
