| The technology of infrared image has many advantages, such as non-touch, use convenience, real-time, wide using range, and so on. So it is used in many fields gradually, including fault diagnose. The conventional PCB fault diagnose system based on infrared image technology has bad flexibility and finite diagnose range. This paper builds a macroscopical and microcosmic model first, and then builds an open macroscopical and microcosmic control platform to control the motion of infrared image instrument, based on PMAC and IPC. Then it improves the flexibility and diagnose range greatly. The platform can also be used in other fields, such as MEMS, super precise process.In this paper, first we introduce the basic principle, process, structure of PCB infrared image diagnose and inferring technology about PMAC. Then we propose the model and project of macroscopical and microcosmic motion control. Then basing on project, we build the system hardware platform. Next we make the programs, which consist of PLC and motion programs of PMAC, motion control programs and HMI programs. PLC and motion programs of PMAC are compiled and debugged in software PEWIN. Motion control programs and HMI programs are R&D in Visual Basic 6.0. The dynamic link library PMAC.DLL is transferred when writing motion control programs. In the end, we debug the macroscopical and microcosmic control system and conclude completing situation of the task and propose next job. |
