Now primary and secondary information infrastructure has improved steadilyand the new curriculum reform and research study are carrying out the integration ofIT and curriculum from theory to practice. At present, more and more schools andteachers are interested in It-education, and begin to build their own educational themewebsites. As an important part of educational resource, teachers personal website playan important role in the classroom and outside school because of its refined resources,well targeted, and strong interactive features. During the current status of researchon primary and secondary school teachers websites, research on how to design anddevelopment of personal websites systematicly, how to make them play its biggestrole in the teaching of education is still weak. This issue is focus on teachers personalwebsite development patterns, how to achieve the sustainable development ofresources teachers websites, and how to make teachers personal websites play itseffective role in the classroom. Discussion is mainly from the following areas :Chapter I is an overview of primary and secondary teachers websites, it mainlyfocused on the significance of primary and secondary school teachers, with thevarious stages of development generated, the main functions and buildingrequirements.Chapter II did a survey of the status of the teachers personal websites. Surveycontent include : basic, teaching design, alternation, resources, teaching organizationalforms, website support services, the actuality of teachers using the website and so on.The survey find that shortcomings in the form of information resources, the websiteprovides teaching organizational forms, and the use of websites are exist in theexisting primary and secondary school teachers personal websites. The issue madesome proposed approach: the establishment of personalized knowledge teacherswebsites;Provide platforms for a variety of teaching;Teachers play a unique rolepersonal websites and enhancing the utilization of the website.The third part of the paper is recommendation for primary and secondary schoolteachers to design and construct an individual websites. In the design, teaching design,overall design and structural design were separately dissertated. In the construction,resources construction and technical achievement were separately dissertated.Thinking about the actual situation of primary and secondary school teachers, thearticle put forward the weak technical view that useing the Internet technicalresources available to build sites.Chapter IV is the main component. Paper recommends the application of primaryand secondary school teachers websites . The applications were cited case statementin the paper.My education informationization construction hardware has been made certainachievements, the next study should be a lot of information on the effectiveness ofeducation. This article attempts to individuals through primary and secondary schoolteachers to explore the building and the application of research in the field to makethe point meagre strength.
