These systems often face security problems, including right management.This dissertation commence with right management, and what's more, will discuss the Security Supporting Platform.The function of right management is to ensure the informations and operations of information systems have been rightly used.This dissertation first look back on the history of right management systems and discuss the importent models. After the discussion, this dissertation discusses the merits and faults of FlexRMD which is a right management platform.In the following chapters,chapter three and chapter four,this dissertation brings forward a new design based on right succession,what's more,it reconfiguration the system using design patterns,thus to fulfil a higher demand of data conservation. In the particular designing part, this dissertation gives the detail implement of right succession.To accomodate the different demands of information systems and to find out the mostly common parts, is the difficulty of universal right management.This dissertation, with an eye to framework design, trys to find out as many application of right management as possible.In chapter four and chapter five, it put the universal right management in to pratice in some practical projects.AIso, it brings forward a solution in which right management serves as a webservice in the Security Supporting Platform.Finally, the author summarizes the shortages of the Security Supporting Platform and points out the future direction of the platform.
