Thediscussing and researching on WEB examination systems, will help to setup a moreprecise and objective system for assessment and evaluation and improve testefficiency.Currently, WEB examination systems applying to Internet are various, amongwhich function design is fairly perfect but lacks in management, security andefficiency, which are important for a mature WEB examination system.This article analyzed the type of the current existing test systems, comparedseveral popular relative technologies and used JSP and Java Beans to develop a wholeexamination system, which based on three layers web disturbed structure.It put forward an extensible conceptual model on privilege management,described its developing process, implemented monitor online by simulating thepulsation of the heart, improved arithmetic of drawing out test questions anddiscussed the performance and security of system. Finally, it accomplished a perfectexamination system.This system was implemented by Jsp+JavaBean and MYSQL Database onWindows 2000, tested on P4 pc with 100 online links using Openstar .The testingresults prove that it meets medium scale examination.
