Broadband Integrated Services Dslam Qos Research And Applications In The Access Network

Today, with the fast development of the wide band synthesis service, DSLAM turns on in the network as DSL the important equipment, is playing the role which links the preceding with the following. How to realize end-to-end QoS in the multi-services service network, and avoid DSLAM becoming the QoS bottleneck in the network, is a topic which is worth studying. In this paper, current situation and QoS technology to the integrated service access network of present broadband network has been analyzed. Combined the network position of DSLAM and characteristic of broadband integrated service, this paper provides two kinds of the scheme for promoting QoS.The first kind of scheme aims at solving the differentiation problem flowing in multiple service flows between user's terminal device and DSLAM, by using single PVC multi-service technology which can bear multi-service on single PVC.The second scheme put forward to lead into MPLS technology on DSLAM, in order to solve a series of problems of DSLAM apparatus and upper strata in the IP access network.The result has been realized in actual equipment of DSLAM, and successfully applied in the foreign telecommunication operater. It met the great needs of QoS in the multi-services service network;therefore it has a broad market prospect.
