With the development of computer technology,the currency of the weapons andequipments in the countries of the world is transiting from the mechanizationin the industrial stage to the information step by step. under the guildingideology of promoting the military advance by means of science and technology,a lot of progress has been made in the digitization of the weapon system inmany fields of our army. The digitization of the conventional weapon shouldfollow this guilding ideology.This paper is set in the smoother of the artillery′s digitization renovationon one type of chariot,introduce the PID control algorithm adapted by theposition ring adjuster and the debugging method in the engineering detailedlycombined tri-cycle structure of Servo-System of stabilizers,Also this paper mainlydiscuss the smoother′s working process,the digital regulator′s controlalgorithm and the experiment method in the engineering,including mostly:1. Introducing some basic composition of the smoother system and setting up thetheoretical model of this system.2. Analyzing the design of electro circuit and the software′s debugging.3. Compiling the detailed flow chart of working process and using Clanguage realize the working process.4. Introducing the PID control algorithm, Getting the reasonablealgorithm to this project via experiments and parameter adjust stepbased on this model parameter.5. Summarizing the problems in the experiment, enumerating the problems inthe engineer and the solutions,giving the ultimate parameter in the experiment atthe end of the paper.
