Colleges And Universities Based On J2ee Architecture Document Information Processing System

The development of internet has produced great impact on the file information processing system. The traditional file information processing system with the C/S, tends to lead to bulkiness at the user's end and bottle-neck of resources at the server's end. However, the B/S file information processing system based on the internet needs only to install standard internet explorer, but not to install a specific applied program at each user's computer as the C/S mode requires. For the B/S mode functions can all be carried out on the server, so that the development and maintenance as well as operation on the part of the user become easier.The present paper, based on the comparison between and scrutiny of the current popular web development techniques, selected J2EE as the integrated structure of the system. J2EE integrates web visiting, Java parts and the web techniques so as to fit itself into the file information processing system for colleges and universities. It can better support the B/S and warrant the potentials of being enlarged of the system.The paper aims to establish a file information processing system for Jinan University on the basis of the study of J2EE technology. The system adopts system model-building mode and the MVC mode for development to separate the video diagram, control and model so as to facilitate software development and maintenance.The paper elaborates the construction and realization of the system: from functional modules and project designing to the overall framework—a complete process of realization. The system introduces the concept of workflow. The system, based on a J2EE framework of file information processing system which integrates the workflow management system and mass file system, combines file management and the school business so as to rapidly store or take all types of applied program files. It makes it possible for the paper files to be supplanted by the electric files, and the manual transmission to be replaced by the internet transmission. It helps to reduce expenditure, rid the trouble of hand-turning of files, and substantially optimizes the office workingconditions.
