Coercivity Of Soft Magnetic Materials Automatically Detect System Hardware Circuit Design And Implementation

At present, most coercivity measurement devices designed by national or international criterion are used for soft magnetic samples. But in most applying cases, many complicated soft magnetic accessories are used. Using coercivity device designed for samples to measure accessories will produce some problems, even bring on dissensions between factories in magnetic characterization.Based on the study of coercivity measurement methods and some peripheries, designed circuits of hardware of coercivity automatic test system. Primarily, recur to basal peripheries such as air vibrancy winding sensor and magnetization device, by all-sided analyzing and understanding on the system, via analyzing the demand, design and demonstration, carried on the hardware research work.According to the measurement demanding, hardware circuits mainly including Low Frequency Airflow Module to work the sensor, Measurement Module for Faint Signals which come from the sensor, Magnetization and Measurement Module used for magnetization equipment and the Stable DC Power which works the whole system. After the process of circuit design, simulation, PCB facture, circuit assemblage and debugging, finished the hardware research work finally.At the process of working, besides the hardware research, finished the PC application using the LabVIEW software, taken part in the holistic system debugging. After more than one year's hard work, finally realized the basal measurement function of coercivity, but still need to improve the frondose performances of the system.
