Public E-commerce Service Platform, Web Mining System

Electronic commerce is a social economic activity that uses the information technology, it can reduce the operating cost, raise production efficiency and optimize resource distribution effectively, represent the developing direction of future economical operation and trade. According to the analyze of electronic commerce insider's, future ten years of Internet will be electronic commerce era, electronic commerce will drive economic development. At present, electronic commerce has already become one of the important points of growth of global economy, but the construction of electronic commerce of our country is relatively slow.As a starting point, this paper discusses the meaning of the public service platform of electronic commence and its importance in our country's electronic commerce development, analyzes its development trend. Through studying, this paper points out that, under the situation of our country's market environment and institutional lag behind relatively and not high of enterprise's information-based degree, public service platform of electronic commence has become the breach of our country's electronic commerce develop at present.Through further studies, this paper comes to a result that how to promote the service quality of the public service platform of electronic commence offer to the member's enterprise is an important problem of accelerating the development of electronic commerce, based on this idea , in order to meet the objective demand that really exists, under the guidance of tutor, this paper designs a Web mining system under the public service platform of electronic commence on the basis of analyzing characteristic , course and using of Web mining. And analyzes the key technology of the system in detail. Moreover, this paper present the author's practice in applying Web mining technology, and proposes appraisement index system of Web mining system in the end.
