| Task management is one important sub-module of the enterprise product development processes management. The task management of product development processes management is researched in this paper. Then, one set of system method suitable to the task management is established, and the task management system is carried out.First, the present situation and the existence problem of the enterprise product development processes management and the task management are analyzed in the paper. Furthermore, the insufficiency of the task management module included in the project management, workflow management and the product data management is also analyzed. Simultaneously, the study status of the algorithm and management of the task distribution is discussed.Next, based on the study of the actual situation of Xi'An Aircraft Company and the related theory, the general processes of the product development is sum out, and the importance of task management for the product development processes management is elucidated. At the same time, the task management is defined, and also the management flow and the work principle are showed.Then, founded on the requirement analyzing on function, capability and information of the task management system, kinds of functions of the system are designed out. Use the UML, the system analysis module, static structure module, dynamic behavior module and the Implementation Diagram are drawn out. Except that, the integrity database system is designed out.Finally, the realization and the application situation of the task management system are described, and the issues that should pay attention in the system application process are discussed. |
