Based On The Implementation Of Object-oriented Office Automation System

Today,as the development of the techniques of computer and internet, technology ofnetwork official business is mature day by day and the handling of electronicdocuments through internet is more frequent than ever before .Therefore,morerequirements have been put forward for the rapidity,security and trails of documentswhile these papers being on the move.However,there are still many limitations to thetraditional OA system in applications,for example,the flow of working cannot becustomized at liberty,the trails of modifing original papers cannot be left,the securitysystems are not complete totally and etc. These faults mentioned above haverestricted seriously the mass development of working throught internet .So,in order to improve the development of our IT service level and promote theexport of our softwares,aiming at some current status and problems of OA systemconstruction within enterprises of our country,the author focuses on the ObjectOriented techniques while combining the special characters of the project of Wu Hupolice.This paper is organized from analysing and designing the official businesssystem,then some features which should be possessed by new OA systems areadvanced and the connotation of OA systems has been completed.Some attitudestowards the working flow of OA system and some problems of appraising historicaloriginal papers have been put forward, while the fundamental description model andappraisal principles are given too.At last,the integrity and correctness of the opinionin this paper have been proved through analysing the project itself.
