Based On Gps Technology Patrol And Patrol Management Information System

With the development of science and technology, Electronic Information Technology has been applied to field of patrolling management, resulting in the development of electronic patrolling technology and equipment. Electronic patrolling technology is an innovation of patrolling management, which collects, transmits and processes patrolling information through electronic information. In China, the patrolling of vital facilities such as water conservancy, electricity, energy, communication and transportation is mainly performed by people with inferior technology and means. This does not match the current development of national economy. Therefore, modern electronic patrolling technology and equipment are badly needed in these areas.This thesis is based on GPS technology, patrolling equipment in communication and theory, structure, fimctions and design of patrolling system. It comprises of portable GPS patrolling system, digital communication system and patrolling information administrative system. The GPS patrolling system combines GPS receiving module, SCM system, digital communication/collection interface and can fulfill the needs of different fields. It leverages on the digital communication network of related field or on the digital communication network system of public digital communication network for patrolling management. It is to design a patrolling information management system that can work on a computer network.This project adopts GPS, SCM, communication and computer information technologies to design patrolling management system. It introduces GPS technology into patrolling management, bringing the electronic patrolling technology to a higher level. This will definitely upgrade and have a positive effect on the security level of these divisions.
