Urban Management System Design And Key Technology Research

Since 2005, with the promotion and practice of digital urban management Schema in DongCheng of Beijing, leading cadres at all levels are putting more emphasis upon urban management, and realizing the importance of construction of urban management system. Concerning about the actual application demands, this research analyzes the promotion experience of digital urban management schema in China and research background of urban management schema at home and abroad, combines with practical demands and development orientation of TEDA, chooses smart phones and computers as the information carriers, refers to grid management theory, depends on digital urban technologies, like GIS, MIS, GPRS, and develops urban management system design and key key technologies research. That would not only efficiently solve the problems like passive information capturing method, inefficiency of problem solving, lack of multi-sectoral collaboration, but also help to highly optimize the process and improve the level of urban comprehensive management.On the basis of the theory of software engineering and system engineering principles, this research analyzes the service objects, service modes and service content, and takes an overall consideration into these factors, like system developing platforms, developing languages, and databases. Besides, the research concerns about the practicality and advancement of urban management system, and aims to put up with an urban management system solution based on the baisc database Oracle, meeting the trans-platform application.(1) According to the problems of information real-time capturing and patrolling members'route real-time monitoring, develop information caputing and patrolling members management system, so as to make sure the operation portablility and management scientificalness.(2)According to the problems of smoothly transmission and scientific evaluation of urban management, develop the information receiving system, collaboration processing system, georaphic coding system and comprehensive evaluation system, so as to assure the completeness of urban management system, and truly meet the actual demands of urban management. This research refers to a great number of related researches about urban management schema at home and abroad, combines with the actual demands and development orientation of urban management of TEDA, and carries on urban management system design and key technologies research, as as to ensure the practicality and advancement of research results.
