Under the environment of global economic integration, Collaborative E-commerce makes use of Internet-featured technology as the implement measure to change the operation mode of enterprise, and achieves in information sharing and knowledge innovation among each department of an enterprise. Collaborative E-commerce can make involved elements synchronized and cooperate each other, and then in turn make the system in order which is so important to enterprises.Middleware is software that connects applications, allowing them to exchange data. It offers several key advantages over hardwiring applications together, which typically entails adding code to all of the applications involved, instructing them to the particulars of talking to each other. From a technical standpoint, middleware offers several benefits, especially to E-business, such as simplicity, persistence and transplant.In this paper we introduce the theory of Collaborative E-commerce, explain that Collaborative E-commerce is the goal of E-commerce. After discussing the mechanism and technical standard of middleware, we introduce J2EE framework, EJB architecture, which is the key part of J2EE, and its corporation application model and the security system of J2EE, including the security of J2EE application system, authentication, authorization, Java Authentication and Authorization Service, which is concerned by E-commerce. Based on the middleware theory and EJB technology, we implement a Collaborative E-commerce system and the basic security guarantee of the system.
