With the popularization and development of Internet, the traditional business mode is standing great impacts and effects. The management mode which fixes the sale locus and sale time is replaced by the E-commerce mode whose main body is information. The meaning of E-commerce is that provider and client can process the business activities using convenient communication method. It includes several modes, such as B2B (Business to Business), B2C(Business to Client) etc. B2B (Business to Business) E-commerce is a classical E-commerce mode, whose meaning is that the trades among different enterprises will be performed with the network technology means. The most important meaning of B2B E-commerce is that it can bring great economic benefits for the enterprises. The foundation of this mode is a great transform as for the whole management mechanism of the enterprise.E-commerce involves two aspects: commerce and technology. An E-commerce platform which has remarkable performances and powerful functions can make different users gain circumspect and individualized services through some handy operations, it also can make enterprise concentrate on his business and attain more competitive advantages. The aim of the thesis is to provide a solving project used to construct a special E-commerce platform through studying E-commerce and J2EE, Finally it implements this platform. The thesis makes theoretic and practical explorations for developing the E-commerce platform which fills the real requirements of the enterprises.The thesis analyzes several kinds of architecture deeply and illustrates the most reasonable architecture for present E-commerce application system - 3-tier/n-tier application model. And this architecture is based on distributed objects, named middleware. So this thesis discusses middleware technology and three standards in succeeding chapter. Based on analysis of three standards, the thesis chooses EJB as core technology for building e-commerce application platform and accordingly researches J2EE application frame based on EJB. In the last, instanced by Zhejiang Province YouCan E-Commerce system, this thesis designs and implements an E-commerce application platform according to J2EE.
