Following with the proliferate demands on mobile communication, mobile communication network also be continuousely enlarged in recent years. Because of the larger effect caused by impersonality enviroment, the continuouse extending of system and changes of the external environment, new problems are often happened and, the service can't reach the due level. Thereby, How to adjust and optimize the system structure, improve the running efficiency of system and, change the service level of mobile communication system are the master tasks for the network optimizing. Considering the fludity, burst and randomness of work, signal flow or other network parameters and, the removability of mobile communication user terminals, the varouse structure, configuration and parameters of network should be adjusted after rnning for a certain period for further reasonable running. They ate the important work of network optimizing.In this thesis, the base work of network optimizing is primarily described, therein the optimizing method is introduced as well as the main technology of network optimizing.Based on the foregoing work, optimizing scheme of Dongying GSM Network was advanced herein together with the practise details. The whole optimizing progress includes three parts of switching-on, holding facilities and integrity, the emphases herein is the optimizing sample, which involves the design of the optimizing scheme for the whole network. The realization and practise of optimizing scheme are also explained, as well as the selection and usage of the technologies.Finally, summarization of the done work and suggestions are put forward.
