The dissertation gives out the design of intelligent pulse-wave measuring system and discusses the acquisition, processing, analysis and recognition of pulse-wave signal based on PC. The main result and innovation of research work can be summed up as follows:(1) A kind of PVDF sensor has been developed, which can imitate the traditional Chinese medicine(CTM) pulse diagnosis. We have designed a linearization revisal circuit of the electric charge amplifier and the signal processing circuits based on the analysis of the principle of the PVDF Piezo-Film and electric charge amplifier from a viewpoint. The circuits can realize the plastic of the pulse-wave and suppression of the noise, increasing the measure sensitivity and solving the problem of the pulse-wave distortion.(2)A11 kind of noise interference of pulse-wave signal is analyzed comprehensively ,which is removed by using wavelet transform technique. The first method is adopted through setting up threshold value. The second method is described through researching the Lipchitz index α and Gauss smooth factor σ to find the local maxima of a wavelet transform modulus.(3) The characteristic value of the pulse signal is drawn according to its wavelet transform. The zero-crossing of the wavelet transform of the normal person pulse-wave is found out as a fact that its the wavelet transform coefficients correspond strictly to its time field characteristic. The algorithm of measuring zero-crossings can better solve the problems that the characteristic parameters of the pulse signal are complicated in the time field and the measuration errors are greater. The zero-crossing analysis should supply a more easy basis for the Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis.(4) The intelligent pulse-wave measuring system is developed using the mix programming technology based on VB and MATLAB. This system interface isfriendly, its operation is simple and capacity of the processing data is strong. It can realize the function of the real time sampling, the show and playback of the wave form , the filtration through wavelet transform, the spectral ,energy and wavelet transform analysis and drawing the characteristic value of the pulse signal.Work described in the dissertation is a try of the intelligent measuration of the pulse-wave.
