The research of this article is mainly based on the subject "the client equipment's development of mobile telemedicine support system". The client equipment may examine the pulse information of human skin and achieve real-time feature extraction, feature integration, feature information analysis and identification work.Author consulted massive reference, and then bring forward a new way of extraction and identify human body pulse condition physiology information. The system is divided into two parts: the physiological parameter gathering unit and the data processing unit.The physiological parameter gathering unit is only responsible for gathering human body's pulse information, PVDF press-electronic membrane was used as the pulse sensor to collect human body's pulse signal; select the instrumentation amplifier AD623 to realize the filter and amplify function; The physiological parameter gathering unit selects the advanced processor LPC2132 with ARM7TDMI CPU core as the central control unit, and makes use of the 10bit A/D transducer which was intergraded in it to convert the analog signal into digital form. 4M Flash is used to save the patient's pulse signal.The data processing unit is responsible for the following data processing. Wavelet analytical method was used to filter the raw data collected by the physiological parameter gathering unit. Through the multi-scale analysis of the pulse signal, various kinds of interference that exists in the signals can be removed by distilling the scale space contains pulse signal characteristics and restoring the signal. Visual Basic language was used to program the data processing software, and the ACTIVEX widget was used to call the MATLAB software to de-noise the original signals and program to design the procedures to deal with the parameters of the pulse signal. Meanwhile, graphical interfaces are used to give the pulse waveform of de-noising signals and the physiological and pathological information of the object detected which is based on analyzing engineer value.Finally, this topic adopts a pulse wave parameters K value method to deal with the signal feature extraction and analysis. By extracting and calculating the K-value to analyze the tested object's physiological and pathological information and having a certain experiment, it proves that the analysis can provide results of reference for the clinical medicine Analysis effectively.
