Software Reuse In The Pipeline Is A Virtual Simulation System Design Applications

Technology of pipeline simulation can provide basis for design of structure and technological process of pipeline system through computer simulation for mathematical model of pipeline system. About display of the result of simulation, conventional pipeline simulation still settle on graphic, table and display method is single. Recent years, combination of quick developing Virtual Reality technology and pipeline simulation realized the virtual visualization of pipeline simulation system, provided new means for observing and estimating the results of mathematical model. Research of pipeline virtual simulation system will be a hot topic on pipeline simulation technology.Software reuse application and realization in analysis and design of pipeline virtual simulation system is described in the paper. The aim is building a series of reusable analysis & design models and data models of pipeline virtual simulation system, expanding on the base of the models according to the characteristic of different pipeline system in process industry and reducing work of repeat development.According to the characteristic of pipeline system simulation, a core model of pipeline system is built at first, the function requirement is analyzed aiming at core model, the system framework of pipeline virtual simulation core model is constructed in the paper; the UML models for requirement analyse and system design of pipeline virtual simulation subsystem are founded; E-R data models of pipeline system core model are built on the basis of database requirement analysis.At last, this paper make use of "material transport of virtual pipeline system" project of one chemical plant as example to expound object-oriented system analysis and design of the chemical pipeline system .The reusability of UML models and E-R data models built in the paper in the development of same kind pipeline virtual simulation system are validated.
