The MBOK spread spectrum modulation which can process the data of 5. 5Mbps or 11Mbps and which can apply to the IEEE802. 11. Relative to the common DSSS spread spectrum modulation ,MBOK don't need increase the bandwidth when the data speed has been increased,so it gained abroad regard.At frist ,four main direct sequence spread spectrum method have been discussed. These are QPSK, BPSK, CCK (Complementary Code Keying) , MBOK (M-ary Bi-othogonal keying) . Then the paper analyses their performance on the part of error rate, processing gain and frequency band availability. After this The paper detailedly introduces the method for modulation and demodulation. The task is designed on the platform of MAX+plusII 10.01 of Altera Inc. The software simulation is made use of testing every module which has been mentioned above. The result is successful and accorded with the requirement of the design...
