The technology indexes of the constant temperature control system in the exact processing is different from the air-conditioning used in public facilities. To meet the requirements of environmental control in the processing workshop and keep the processong conditions, the computer monitor, PLC, intelligent sensor, general lines of industry spot and light fibres are used as a whole to automatically control the system . Then the system can run stably and reliably. The constant temperature control system mainly includes refrigeration, ductwork and automatic control system. Accordingly, Constant temperature control system of exact processing workshop is the key in the whole unite workshop.The unite central air-conditioning system adopts concentrative central air-condition in which wind circles one times. The system has 9 air-conditions to control temperature and humidity. Without special refrigeration air-condition house, it uses a jalousie window to circle airflow.The central air-conditioning system uses an inconstant wind system, to keep the control quality of temperature and humidity in the whole workshop. A good constant temperature control system needs not only nice equipment, but also excellent management. Due to the complexity and decentralization of the system, it is impossible to operate each air-condition by manual work. Thus, all basic operation should be finished in a central control room, at the same time, the key technology indexes, running condition of critical equipment and alarm or other abnormity are monitored and recorded automatically and centralized. That is, air-conditions' run program should be set according previous produce plan. In a word, it should be highly automatic.To keep the processing quality, the air-condition system should control the room temperature in a needed scope during the processing course. For the best control effect, a fuzzy control strategy is introduced in the automatic system. 9 intelligent sensors decentralized in each workshop collects each workshop temperature information, then the fuzzy control machine deals with these data, and sends the dealt information to S7-300PLC to control 9 air-conditions placed on rooftop to run. Consequently whatever change cannot cause the temperature of the room to go beyond the scope in which it has been set At the same time, the real-time control decreases energy use. It is more effective. Accordingly, we get another new ideal in modern constant temperature manufacture to ensure precision.In fact, the system runs well after it has been built. And it has key influence on keeping processing quality of the manufacturing exact processing equipment.
